User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
• Not misuse, disrupt, copy, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other approved payment providers. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.

Refund Policy

Payments made for consulting, SEO, AI services, software development, subscriptions, and other digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, documentation, designs, and technology remain the property of Kridinify Technology LLP unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom client projects, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.

Portfolio Rights

Unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement or a written request from the client, Kridinify Technology LLP may showcase completed projects, case studies, or designs in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

Third-Party Platform & Store Access

Where you connect third-party accounts or platforms (e.g. Google Business Profile, Shopify, WordPress) to TrendSync, you authorize us to access, read, and modify data on those platforms solely to provide the requested service — including reading store/site data and automatically generating and injecting SEO metadata directly into your store or site theme. You are responsible for periodically reviewing published metadata and content, and for disconnecting the integration if you wish to stop automatic changes.

AI Disclaimer

TrendSync uses artificial intelligence and third-party services to generate insights, recommendations, and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions. Users should review and verify recommendations before making business decisions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic growth, AI visibility, or commercial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kridinify Technology LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or if none, one hundred (100) INR.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or if continued access poses security, legal, or operational risks.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
